Brand new style and improved features for 2023. Our Electric Skylights in Stevenage, UK is smarter than ever and simple to operate. This model is compatible with the ‘Smart Life’ mobile application, which means you can control your electric skylights seamlessly from your smartphone, or voice command via smart devices such as Alexa and Google Assistant. You will never have to worry about rain or snow with our Solar Powered Wireless Rain Module Sensor which will automatically close your electric skylights at the slightest droplet. Also included are the Wireless Remote Control and Wired Wall Switch module, which will look great in any home with their sleek design and LED backlights.
Our RAL 7016 grey, marine-grade aluminum frame now fully conceals the commercial grade actuator motor and has been updated to include an integrated thermal brake. A thermally broken electric skylights design creates a physical barrier between internal and external temperatures, reducing heat intake in the summer, while retaining the warmth in the winter. The aluminum frame has a sleek, modern look that will enhance the overall aesthetic of your skylight and your home. Maintenance time is minimal as aluminum is strong, highly durable and resistant to both rust and corrosion.
The outer glass panel is coated with Smart guard self-cleaning agent. This creates a smooth barrier on the outside pane of glass, which prevents build up of pollutants and helps rain droplets to wash them away. Self-clean glass coating is not a substitute for routine maintenance but is the first barrier between the glass and dirt build-up.
The roof light is easy to install and delivered fully assembled. Our innovative frame design allows the electric skylights to simply slot into place, directly on to the builder’s existing upstand. Please note a qualified electrician is required for electrical wiring.
